A great example of true green building is right here in Fayetteville. The people at North Star are about to complete their home office just off of Zion Road next to Lake Fayetteville. Great stuff. When building a guitar I was surprised to learn how all steps are made to be reversible so it can be repaired later, as is inevitable. Makes so much sense for buildings too, especially when you throw in the remodeling/recycling aspects.
