Information-Based Efficiency

Something more and more energy gurus are delving into is large scale behavior change as it relates to energy efficiency. Essentially, we will brain wash people into...i'm kidding of course.

There's a new study out by Environmental Defense Fund that looked at eleven utilities in the western United States to see how effective information-based energy efficiency can be. The result is a potential $3 billion in annual savings.
